What is the deal with the high school.... I've lived on Maple Street for 24 years... I went to the HS all of my children... 4... graduated from there. For years many of us went to the track for exercise... children played there.. adults walked or ran around the track...now no one is allowed on the property...all gates are locked and chained, with pictures of cameras and threats to traspassers are plastered everwhere..this is a public school. so isn't this public property????
