The Town Clerk’s Office keeps an accurate record of the proceedings of the Brookhaven Town Board meetings. We are also responsible for keeping an accurate record of all Town ordinances and resolutions; attests, publishes, and preserves an accurate record of all Town ordinances and resolutions; is the custodian of the Town Seal; maintains files of Town contracts, agreements, and licenses; and administers oaths, affirmations and acknowledgments.
