The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to serve others by helping to instill value in young people and prepare them to make ethical choices over their lifetime in achieving their full potential.

The purpose of this association shall be to help develop Christian values and improve the quality of life in the local area by involving individuals and families in programs that develop Spirit, Mind, and Body.

Business Networking International (BNI) is an organization of business people looking looking to grow their business through a proven method of referrals. The Brookhaven Alliance Chapter has just been formed and is seeking additional members who have the same goals of business growth. We will hold a special meeting June 14th at 7:30 at the Medford Fire HOuse for all organizations to get together and create a master calendar of events for Medford. We need to support each other so our events will be successful. Hope to see you there.

Our coalition consists of many organizations servicing Medford. We meet the first Wed. of the month at 7:30 inside the Medford Fire House. We are here to support each organization and make a master calendar of all events in Medford so we can promote them and get the word out to our community. New organizations are welcome!

Medford Crime Watch is neighbors helping neighbors. We are extra eyes and ears for reporting crime and helping neighbors. Members meet their neighbors, learn how to make their homes more secure, watch out for each other and the neighborhood, and report activity that raises our suspicions to the police.

Our general membership meetings are the second Tuesday of every month.

Medford Youth is a non-profit organization which provides baseball/softball instruction to children ages 5-17. Volunteers are always welcome.

Knights of Columbus council holds membership the first Thursday of every month at 2231 Rt. 112, just south of the Medford LIRR station. Parking in rear. This council has been in existence and serving the community since 1976.
